摘要
目的:为减少患者股静脉导管脱出的发生,保证患者治疗顺利进行,减轻患者的痛苦和负担,研究固定股静脉置管的最佳方法。方法:将100例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例,分别采用常规法(采用3M大敷贴常规固定并在外露点采用交叉固定)和改良法(采用软聚硅酮保湿敷料固定穿刺点,丝绸胶布交叉固定,并用3M无菌大敷贴固定导管后端)进行对比研究。结果:观察组的导管脱出2例(4%),明显少于对照组的10例(20%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.06,P<0.05)。结论:防止股静脉导管脱出采用改良法优于常规法。
Objective：To study the best method of fixed tube in the femoral veins,with reducing slippage of the femoral veins tube for patients,ensuring patients go smoothly and reducing pain and burden.Methods：100 patients were divided into the control group（50 cases） and observation group（50 cases）.The patients were respectively used the conventional method（Using 3M big sticking out by conventional fixed and dew point across） and the improved method（adopting soft silicone moisturizing dressings fixed clustering puncture point,silk tape cross fixed,used 3M sterile big sticking after affix the tube）,the results of two groups were compared.Results：In the observation group,the rate of tube slippage（2 cases,4%） was less infection rate than that of the control group（10 cases,20%）（χ2=6.06,P0.05）.Conclusion：The improved method is better than the conventional method on the prevention of femoral veins tube slippage.
