摘要
目的:探讨森田疗法配合药物和放松疗法对神经症的治疗效果。方法:在我院门诊患者中随机抽取符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第3版)中神经症诊断标准37例患者给予森田疗法配合药物和放松疗法进行治疗,并观察分析其效果。结果:门诊治疗37例神经症患者,治愈或显效15例,好转13例,总有效率为75.5%。治疗结束后随访12例,总有效率为83.3%。结论:神经症用森田疗法配合药物和放松疗法治疗效果良好,患者易接受。
Objective：To find out the therapeutic efficacy of Morita Therapy for neurosis with the assistance of medication and relaxation therapy.Methods：37 patients had been chosen randomly among the outpatients in our hospital based on the standard of Chinese dysphrenia classification and the standard of neurosis diagnosis in the third edition of the book di-agnosis standard.An observation and an analysis had been given on the 37 outpatients by using Morita Therapy assisted with medication and relaxation therapy.Results：The total effective rate was 75.5% among the 37 outpatients,15 cases had been cured thoroughly or had an obvious effect,13 cases improved.Furthermore,12 of them had been followed up with a visit after the treatment,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion：Morita Therapy for neurosis with medication and relaxation therapy has a good effect on patients and is easily accepted by patients.
