摘要
目的探讨隆乳术前有效选择乳房假体的方法。方法使用定向性半球型软组织扩张器置入患者乳罩内扩张,让患者观察扩张后的效果,以此为依据,选择乳房假体。结果治疗50例患者,随访1～3年,患者均非常满意。结论使用定向性半球型软组织扩张器预测术后隆乳效果是一种简便而有效的可行方法。
Objective To explore the effective method of selecting breast prosthesis before the augmentation mammoplasty. Methods Placing the directional hemispherical soft tissue expander in bra of patients to expand their breasts,to observe the effect after expansion. The breast prosthesis could be selected based on this above. Results 50 patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years,and they were very satisfied through treatment. Conclusion The use of directional hemispherical soft tissue expander in predicting the augmentation effect is a simple and effective way.
