摘要
家庭低碳消费模式是关系到人类未来的战略选择,是实现我国社会经济可持续发展的现实选择。当前,我国推进家庭低碳消费方式仍存在一定的阻力,从战略对策上考虑,要对民众加强进行消费环保化教育,建立家庭低碳消费方式社会氛围支持体系;积极进行政策引导,构建保障体系;加大技术研发,建立技术支持体系;建立完善法律制度,构建制度支持体系。
Household low-carbon consumption style is both a strategy choice concerning humanity＇s future and also a realistic one to realize sustainable development of society and economy in China.Due to resistances in promoting this kind of life style,we should strategically strengthen national environmental education to establish supporting system of social atmosphere for household low-carbon consumption style;actively carry on policy guidance to build a security system;make greater efforts to promote research and develpment to construct technology supporting system and finally establish and improve legal system to build institutional supporting system.
