摘要
为实现人工林木材的高效利用,需通过颜色调控技术改良劣质材,仿制名贵木材。然而从现有的文献和资料来看,将纺织品印花技术应用于木材颜色调控,几乎无人涉及。纺织品涂料印花具有工序简单、生产周期快、污水排放少、生产成本低、色谱齐全等优点,在世界各国得到广泛的应用。将纺织品涂料印花技术应用于速生人工林单板的颜色调控,控制涂料印花粘合剂ET用量为体系总质量的10%,涂料印花增稠剂CP用量为体系总质量的1.8%,印花单板于100℃焙烘2 min可获得清晰的花型,均匀的色泽,较好的摩擦牢度、得色量和手感。印花单板可用于家具、装饰、地板、饰面板、门窗、音箱、体育用材、木艺雕刻、工艺品等领域。
For the purpose of achieving efficient utilization of plantation timber,the wood color controlling technology is required to improve the low-grade wood and to imitate precious wood.However,from the existing literature and statistics it was shown that almost no one was involved in the field of applying textile printing technology into wood color control.Textile pigment printing has been widely used in countries around the world,because it has advantages of simple process,quick production cycle,little sewage discharge,low production cost and complete chromatogram.The textile pigment printing technology was applied to the color control of fast-growing plantation veneer in the process of the experiments.The printed veneer could obtain a clear pattern,uniform color,good printing fastness,color yield,and hand feeling,when dosage of pigment printing binder ET accounted for 10% of total system mass,dosage of pigment printing thickener CP accounted for 1.8% of total system mass,and the printed veneer was cured at 100℃ for 2 minutes.The printed veneer could be used for furniture,decoration,flooring,decorative panels,windows and doors,speakers,sports timber,wooden carvings,handicrafts and other fields.
