摘要
通过对离心泵无过载设计的研究,提出与传统离心泵无过载设计的不同观点和设计思想,对于离心泵无过载的设计方法,作者认为应采用在使用范围内进行无过载设计和轴功率的准确计算、电动机安全余量选择设计应考虑比转速大小的影响、设计无过载节流阀等设计措施,论文内容对离心泵无过载设计的认识与研究有着一定的指导意义。
Based on the research of non-overload design for centrifugal pump,a different design idea from traditional non-overload design of centrifugal pump is proposed.The new design philosophy has the following main aspects:the non-overload design and correct calculation of shaft power should be carried out in the range of use,the influence of specific-speed should be considered during design of electromotor safety margin,the design of non-overload throttle and so on.The research results are available for non-overload design of centrifugal pump.
