摘要
目的观察舒心活血汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将58例冠心病患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例服用我院自拟的舒心活血汤；对照组28例服用硝酸异山梨酯、复方丹参片等。4周后通过观察两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、心电图及症状改善情况，比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组在心绞痛发作次数、心电图及症状改善方面明显优于对照组。结论舒心活血汤治疗冠心病有确切疗效，值得临床上进一步应用、推广、研究。
Objective To observe the effect of Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of CHD. Methods 58cases of patients with CHD were randomized into two groups. 30 cases in the therapeutic group took Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction, and 28 Cases in the control group took Isosorbide Dinitrate,Compound Dansh- en tablets and so on. g weeks later, the attack times of angina pectoris, ECG, and the improvements of symptoms of the patients in the two groups were observed for the comparison of the effects. Results The attack times,ECG and the improvements of symptoms of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
