摘要
分析了废杂铜火法精炼与液态熔融粗铜火法精炼的差异,介绍了NGL炉工艺的特点、设备结构、操作步骤、工艺参数等,阐述了用NGL炉工艺处理废杂铜高效、节能、环保、安全、自动化程度高等特点,并对该工艺技术的进一步发展进行了展望。
The differences between scrap refining and molten copper refining were analyzed,The process of NGL was introduced including process,equipment,operation and process operation et al.The features of NGL on high efficiency copper scrap process,energy saving,environmental protection,safety and automation were described.Expectations of further development of this process were also included.
