摘要
目的探讨亚甲蓝局部注射对在吻合器痔上粘膜环切术术后的应用效果。方法将124例吻合器痔上粘膜环切术合并2处以上外痔剥除术患者随机分成观察组(n=59例)和对照组(n=65例)。观察组于术后外痔创面注射复方亚甲蓝溶液,对照组注射生理盐水。比较2组患者的疼痛程度、不良反应情况和伤口愈合时间。结果 2组疼痛程度比较有统计学意义,对照组高于实验组(p<0.05),而2组尿潴留发生率、肛周皮缘水肿率和伤口愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(均p>0.05)。结论亚甲蓝局部注射对吻合器痔上粘膜环切合并2处以上外痔剥除术后止痛效果满意,无其他不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To figure out the effect of the methylene blue injection application after procedure for polapse and hemorrhoids. Methods： 124 patients after procedure for polapse and hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group （65 patients） and intervention group （59 patients）. The patients in intervention group got methylene blue injections on external piles surface, while the patients in control group were injected with physiologic saline. The rate of adverse reaction, pain, and external piles surface＇s healing time were compared with the two groups. Results： Pain in intervention group were better than that of the control group（p〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in uroschesis rate, perianal skin edema rate, and external piles surface＇s healing time between the two groups （all ps〉0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of the methylene blue injection after procedure for polapse and hemorrhoids was positive, with few adverse reactions, which should be widely used.
