摘要
目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(solid-psuedopapilary tumor of pancrea,SPTP)的CT表现与病理学特征,提高诊断正确率。方法对5例经病理证实的SPTP患者的CT表现及病理资料进行对照研究。结果 5例SPTP患者中,男1例,女4例。CT平扫表现为胰腺区囊实性肿块,包膜大多完整,增强扫描示动脉期实性部分轻度强化,门静脉期及延迟期强化程度逐渐增加,与胰腺分界清。组织学上,以瘤细胞围绕血管排列成假乳头状结构且伴有退行性改变为其特征。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现有一定特点,病理变化是CT表现的基础。
Objective To investigate the CT and pathology features of solid-psuedopapilary tumors of pancrea,in order to improve diagnostic accuracy. Methods 5cases of SPTP proved by pathology were reviewed,including CT imaging and pathological data. Results Among 5 patients with solid-psuedopapilary,there are 1man and 4women. Most tumors were completely encapsulated with solid cystic masses in the pancreas. The enhanced CT scanning showed the solid portion was slightly enhanced in the arterial phase and markedly enhanced in portal and delay phase. The tumors are defined margins with the pancreacs. Histologically,pseudopapilla with fibro-vascular core and degenerative changes were their characters. Conclusion The CT appearance of SPTP has its typical characters,the appearance of CT is based on pathology.
