摘要
1978年后,我国农村金融发展经历了三次政策转型,具有明显的路径依赖特征。每次政策转型都对农村金融发展进程和方向起到了决定性的作用。当前,我国农村金融正处于第三次重要转型期,应突破以往机构改革的发展路径,注重农村金融功能和发展环境的完善,回归到农村金融政策本来的逻辑起点。
Since 1978,China＇s rural finance has experienced three policy transformations,which showed obvious characteristics of path dependence.Each policy transformation always played a decisive role in the process and direction of rural finance.At present,being in the third important transformation period,the rural finance of our country should make a breakthrough in previous reform development path,and pay attention to the functions of rural finance and the perfection of developmental environment,and return to the original logic starting point of the rural financial policy at last.
