摘要
地下水开发利用支撑了华北平原经济社会的快速发展,也诱发了区域地下水水位下降、地面沉降、海水入侵等问题,促使华北平原水文地质工作不断深入。现分析了制约华北平原地下水可持续利用的主要问题,包括咸水微咸水大量分布、地下水水位持续下降、地面沉降、地裂缝、极端干旱气候和地下水污染,提出了促进华北平原地下水可持续利用的对策建议。
North China Plain is one of the water scarce areas and one of the socioeconomic fast development areas in China. Groundwater exploitation has supported quick growth of economy, which also caused regional drops of groundwater levels, land subsidence, intrusion of sea water, etc. These push hydrogeological works to go in deep in the Plain. The paper analyses five key issues influencing sustainable groundwater utilization in the area including wide distribution of salt water, continuing drawdown of groundwater levels, land subsidence and ground fissures, extreme drought climate and groundwater pollution. Countermeasures and suggestions are raised to prompt sustainable groundwater utilization.
