摘要
为了解印品干燥过程中的干燥机理,从干燥过程分析出发,建立了印品在烘箱中的干燥过程模型,分析了干燥过程中的热质传递过程。通过干燥系统仿真软件,将其运用到工程生产过程中,指导烘箱设计。通过干燥过程分析,提出了对原有烘箱从热风二次循环结构、余热回收利用和烘箱保温结构设计等方面的优化措施,在工程应用上能达到较好的节能效果。
In order to understand the mechanism of drying process,beginning with analysis of drying process,the authors established the model for the drying process in drying oven and analysed the process of heat and mass transfer in the drying process.Through the simulation software for drying system,the model was applied in engineering production process,and instructed the design of drying oven.Through analysis of drying process,optimization measures to the original drying oven were put forward in the structure of the hot air secondary circulation,reclamation and use of the waste heat and design of the attemperator of drying oven,and it can achieve better energy-saving effect in engineering applications.
