摘要
美国金融危机对我国沿海地区产业发展带来了极大的负面影响,但也给中西部地区带来了发展机遇。遵循经济发展规律,沿海地区通过实施产业转移战略,不仅可以使企业降低经营成本、扩大国内消费市场,而且可以化解资源约束,实现区域产业升级。而中西部地区积极承接产业转移,既有利于调整产业结构,也有利于提高产业技术水平,实现经济跨越发展。为此,中西部地区应该依托优势找准承接点,积极打造承接载体,优化承接环境,构筑产业集群,以确保顺利承接。
The financial crisis from USA has brought about great negative impacts on the industry development in coastal areas of China,but it also brings great opportunities for central and western regions.Through implement of industry transfer for the coastal areas,it can not only reduce management cost and expand domestic consumption market,but also resolve resource constraint and implement industrial upgrading.Through implement of industry undertaking for the central and western regions,it can adjust industrial structure,improve the technological level and realize leap forward in development of economy.Therefore,the central and western regions should seek the point of industry undertaking,build proper carrier,optimize the environment and develop industry cluster and so on.
