摘要
构建和完善公共财政体制框架是我国发展和完善社会主义市场经济的内在要求。由于我国国情的复杂性及制度变迁的路径依赖性,我国今天的公共财政体制框架离现代意义上的市场经济所要求的公共财政体制框架还存在很大的差距。找准不足,完善我国符合现代市场经济要求的公共财政体制框架。
To build and improve the institutional framework for public finance is the inherent requirements of the development and improvement of the socialist market economy.The complexity of China＇s national conditions and path dependence on institutional changing bring today＇s public finance system in China a gap from the requirements of institutional framework for public finance of modern market economy.We must identify the real problems and improve the institutional framework for public finance of China so as to meet the requirements of modern market economy.
