摘要
为评价模式综合法治疗儿童脑损伤（脑瘫及其他类型）疗效，主要采用模式、反射性口罩、斜坡爬、俯爬、膝手爬、视听及皮肤刺激等方法治疗。结果发现半年后治疗Ⅰ组神经发育商平均上升１４７，治疗Ⅱ组上升３１２，与对照组比较Ｐ均＜００１，治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜００５）。说明模式等疗法治疗儿童脑损伤有效，且治疗时间越早效果越好。这一疗法较简便，可于家中持续应用。
The therapeutic effect of the patterning comprehensive method on brain-injured children,including cerebral palsy and other types was evaluated,the main methods were patterning,reflex masking,crawling in the incline,crawling,creeping,visual program,auditory program and skin sensory stimulation etc.The results showed that the neurological development quotient(NDQ) was increased by 14.7% in the group 1( P <0 01) and 31.2% in the group 2( P <0 01) respectively,after 6 months.The NDQ in the group 2 was significantly higher than that of the group 1 ( P <0 05).These findings suggest that the patterning and other methods are effective,for brain-injured children and it is important that the patients should be treated,as early as possible.This is a convenient mothod which can be carried out at home.
