摘要
目的:探讨磁微粒法试剂和板式化学发光试剂对血清中C肽浓度结果的影响。方法:采用磁微粒法与板式化学发光方法对同样一批C肽标本同时进行测定,比较分析不同方法对C肽化学发光诊断试剂的测定结果。结果:通过数据处理发现两种方法的相关系数大于0.9(P<0.05),二者具有相关性。结论:两种方法检测血清中C肽浓度,对于临床诊断可提供可靠依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of C peptide concentration in serum detected by magnetic particle reagent and plate chemolumineseenee reagent. Methods: The same batch of C peptide samples were determined by the methods of magnetic particle reagent and plate chemoluminescence reagent at the same time so as to analyze and compare the determined results of different kinds of methods for C peptide chemiluminescence diagnostic reagent. Results: Data processing showed that correlative coefficient of two kinds of methods was more than 0.9 (P 〈 0.05) and there was significant correlation between the two methods. Conclusion:C peptide concentration in serum detected by two kinds of methods may provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
