摘要
从冲击波超压冲量毁伤准则出发，提出一种以靶板毁伤效应评价燃料空气炸药威力的方法，并就实施评价方法的技术途径进行了探讨。
Based on shock overpressure impulse damage criterion,a method is developed to evaluate FAE power according to its damage effects upon the targets, the related operation and technique are also discussed.
