摘要
目的 建立一种溃疡性结肠炎诊断分级新方法一积分法。方法 通过把溃疡性结肠炎各个观察指标赋予一定的分值，然后根据总积分的多少进行轻重分级，再有４０名内科专家对本方法进行反复验证并与国内常用的两种方法进行了对比。结果 用积分法评估后医生的分级诊断意见非常一致，而其它两种评估方法医生的意见很不一致。结论 用积分法进行诊断分级重复性好、客观、方便，在学术交流时可比性强。
Objective To establish a new way of diagnosis grading of ulcer colitis. Methods It gives some score to every observed sign of ulcer colitis firstly, then grading depends on total integral, moreover tested and verified through 40 medical specialists repeatedly, compared with other two methods of diagnosis grading of ulcer colitis. Result Evaluated with integral method, the doctor's opinion of diagnosis grading showed no difference. The others showed obvious difference. Conclusions The integral method possesses better repetition and comparability. convenience objective in diagnosis grading and academic exchange.
