摘要
广东某钢厂强岩溶地区桩基工程由于施工现场位于正常生产作业的厂区内,加之场地地下岩溶发育,给施工作业造成不可避免的交叉影响,为施工带来了一定挑战。结合施工现场具体情况,详细论述了施工中所采用的各项技术措施,在成本管理方面引入偏差分析理论,在施工工艺上发明了"多级合金组合牙轮导正钻头"和优化了钻孔液设计,而在整个施工过程中采用了信息法施工技术,这一切都为工程顺利进行提供了有力的保障,可为今后类似工程的施工提供较好的理论和技术借鉴。
Due to piling engineering construction in highly developed carst area of Guangdong iron steel company locates in the plant where the regular production is carrying out,and the carst develops underground,so these brought about inevitable effects on the operation of the project and challenges for construction.Combining with the detail construction situation on-site,the article illustrates the technique measures adopted in the engineering during construction,and introduces the theory of deviation analysis on the cost management as well.＂A Pilot Roller Bit with Multi-Class Alloy＂ was invented,and the drilling fluid applied was optimized on construction process.Through the procedure of the construction,the information-based construction method was adopted.All these measures ensured the smooth of the construction,and provided a prefer reference of theory and technology for the construction in the future.
