摘要
采用固体培养法研究了3个野生牡丹种和1个栽培品种的花粉萌发情况。结果表明：固体培养基上培养6 h左右,牡丹花粉已有较高萌发率,是调查花粉萌发率的适宜时期。牡丹花粉萌发的适宜条件为50 mg/L硼酸、100 g/L蔗糖、pH6.5~7.0,可获得较高的萌发率。
Three wild tree peony species and one cultivar were used to establish a suitable pollen germination system in tree peony.The results showed that the culturing for 6 h in solid medium,the pollens germination rate was close to their maximum,which was feasible time to analysis the germination rate.The result showed that the optimal solid culture medium was boric acid 50 mg/L,sugar 100 g/L,pH 6.5～7.0.
