摘要
目的建立测定香青兰中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为KromasilC18(4.6mm×150.0mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-50g/L甲酸(31∶69),检测波长280nm,流量1.0mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果所测香青兰中阿魏酸的含量线性关系良好,线性范围为0.04~0.20μg(r=0.9993)。其回收率为99.94%(RSD=0.98%)。结论所建方法准确、简便,为科学地评价香青兰药材的质量提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of ferulic acid in moldavica dragonhead. Methods The chromato bar of Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm)〈 150.0 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile -5% formic acid (31 69), detection wavelength of 280 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1, and column temperature of 30 *C were used in the study. Results The content of ferulic acid in motdavica dragonhead detected with a good linear correlation, the linear range being 0.04-0.20 μg (r=0. 999 3). Its recovery rate was 99.94% (RSD=0. 98%). Conclusion The method created is accurate and convenient, which offers an evidence for scientific assessment of the quality of medicinal substances of moldavica dragonhead.
