摘要
调查表明,贺开山地拉祜族学校教育中存在着隐性辍学、低学业成绩和学历层次低等问题。物质条件的改善与少数民族教育水平的提高并没有同步。贺开山地拉祜族社区文化传统所内化的非正式制度与现代学校教育目标的巨大差距是导致拉祜族学生徘徊于现代教育边缘地带的主要原因。
Through investigation,the problems existed in school education of Lahu minorities in Hekaishandi are as follows：recessive leaving school,low academic achievement and the low-educated.The improvement of physical conditions and the enhancement of minorities education levels does not have the synchronization.From the aspect of traditional culture,the life manner and the personality constitution,the paper explores and explains its reason and ponder that the great disparity between unofficial system which Lahu national minority community culture tradition internalizes and the goal of modern school education is the main causes that Lahu national minority students to pace back and forth in the modern education.
