摘要
目的:研究气功所致精神障碍患者与正常人在诱发了诱发电位检测中的不同特点。方法应用美国仪器和四种方法,对12例气功偏差所致精神障碍患者和52例正常人的诱发电位作了检测。结果与正常人比较,患者组AEP的P1、P2、N2、P3;VEP的N1、N2、P3和SEP的P2潜伏期均明显延迟AEP、VEP和SEP的若干波幅同时明显改变。另在CNV中可见P1NV和A—C潜伏期延迟,波畅B增大,A—S_21和S_21-C面积变异。结论BEP技术可化为脑电图等电生理技术的一种补充手段,可用于临床。
To investigate the variations of brain evoked responses of patients with Qigong inducedmental disorders. Methods Four kinds of brain evoked responses(auditory evoked potentials, AEP; visualevoked potentials, VEP; somatosensory evoked potentials, SSEP; contingent negative variation, CNV)were recorded from 12 patients diagnosed as Qigong induced mental disorders, and the comparison withthat 52 normal subjects by an CA -- 1000 instrument(Nicolet). Results Compared with the normal control, the patient group presented latency prolongation or amplitude Decreased/Increased of some AEP,VEP, SSEP or CNV components. Conclusion The results suggest that the brain evoked responses mightbe applied in the clinical psychiatry as an electrophysiological supplementary index.
