摘要
生化与分子生物学实验是一门实践性很强的学科,对学生综合素质及创新能力的培养有着很重要的作用。以实验教学中心成立,学科整合为契机,通过优化实验内容,丰富教学手段,改进实验考评等方式对生化与分子生物学实验教学进行了系统的改进与探索。经过初步的实践,调动了学生学习兴趣,提高学生分析、思考、解决问题能力,在学生的信息反馈调查中得到了良好的评价。
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is a highly practical subject,and play a very important role in training the student with overall quality and innovative ability. By the way of constructing. The teaching experiment center and reorganization of disciplines, the authors have systematically improved and explored the biochemistry and molecular biology experiment teaching through optimizing the experimental content, enriching the teaching methods and upgrading the experimental evaluation methods, so as to move up the students interests in learning this subject, enhance their abilities of analyzing, thinking, problem-solving skills. As the result, the feed-back from the students are as good as we wish.
