金黄色葡萄球菌53株抗生素耐药基因及耐消毒剂基因的检测

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)是临床最重要的致病菌之一,特别是其多重耐药性已引起临床广泛重视。医院感染的金黄色葡萄球菌除对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药外,对其他多种抗菌药物也有耐药性,如:氨基糖苷类、大环内酯-林可霉素-链阳菌素B类(MLSB)、四环素类等。其耐药机制极为复杂,新的耐药分子机制不断出现。为了解SA存在的耐药机制,
