摘要
精馏过程是化工原理中重要的部分,传统的精馏塔理论塔板数的求取过程繁琐、费时。本文利用Excel、VB、Mathematica软件强大的运算与图形表达功能,给出了计算机辅助计算的具体思路和方法,免去复杂、繁琐、耗时的手工计算,成为教师授课和工程技术人员得心应手计算的工具,又可提高学生利用计算机解决精馏塔理论板层数计算的能力。
Rectification process is an important part of the principles of chemical engineering,the traditional method of calculating the number of theoretical plates is cumbersome and time-consuming.In this paper,on the base of the powerful function of Excel,VB,Mathematica software and so on in calculation and graphic expression,the corresponding ideas and method of computer aided calculation are given with the aim of avoiding the complex,cumbersome and time-consuming manual calculations.As a consequence,it may become a handy tool for teachers to teach and for engineering staff to design.Besides,it can also improve the students＇ capacity in using computers to solve the layer number of theoretical plates of rectifying column.
