摘要
无线局域网具有网络配置灵活、适应性强、安装维护方便等优点,而且有较好的经济性,是实现Internet高速接入的一种方案.介绍了无线局域网标准IEEE 802.11的网络拓扑结构、物理层实现方式和媒体接入机制;以点协调功能为例分析了无线局域网对实时业务的支持;还介绍了无线局域网的应用与发展.
The mechanism of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) to support real time services is presented in this paper to meet the delay requirements at the access part of Internet. Based on the introduction of WLAN, this paper analyzes PCF, which is the mechanism to realize real time services. After that, the applications and development of WLAN are introduced.
