摘要
评价循环经济发展水平是制定循环经济发展规划的重要前提。依据循环经济发展的评价原则构建出新疆循环经济发展评价指标体系,然后采用层次分析法确定指标体系中的各项权重,经指标量化和数据标准化处理后采用线性加权法计算出新疆循环经济发展趋势的综合评价值,得出新疆循环经济发展起点低、各系统发展较为平缓的结论。
Evaluation of circular economy development level is important premise to formulate circular economy development plan. Basis of circular economy development principle of evaluation, we can construct Xinjiang circular economy development evaluation index system, and then use hierarchy analysis process to determine the weight of the index system, after the index quantification and data processing, we can use linear weighted standardization method to calculate the eomprehensive evaluation value of the Xinjiang circular economy development trend, and obtain the conclusions that the starting point of xinjiang circular economy development is low, each system development is relatively gentle.
