新型不饱和树脂苯乙烯挥发性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文分别对普通不饱和聚酯树脂L80305、低苯乙烯挥发树脂L80405和L80505树脂在固化和贮存过程中苯乙烯挥发性进行了研究。结果表明,室温固化时低挥发树脂L80405和L80505的苯乙烯挥发量仅为通用树脂挥发量的8%左右。随着固化温度升高,低挥发树脂的苯乙烯挥发质量百分比略有上升,35℃时约为2%,但仍仅为通用树脂挥发量的48%。常温贮存过程中,低挥发树脂的苯乙烯挥发量远小于普通树脂,尤其是室温贮存时,其挥发质量百分比不到通用树脂的50%,说明此两种低苯乙烯挥发性树脂具有较好的经济、环保价值。 The styrene emission property of unsaturated polyesters during curing reaction and storage were studied by comparing normal resin L80305 with resin L80405 and L80505.The result shows that the styrene emission mass of L80405 and L80505 resins were only around eight percent of that of normal resin during room temperature curing process.The styrene emission mass increases a little with the increase curing temperature.When curing at 35℃,the styrene emission mass of L80405 and L80505 reaches about 2%,which are only 48% of that of normal resin.Moreover,the styrene emission mass of L80405 and L80505 resins is much less than that of normal resin L80305 during storage.Especially during the storage at room temperature,the emission is 50% less than that of normal resin.It means that the two unsaturated polyester resins L80405 and L80505 with low styrene emission(LSE) have the advantages in environment protection and economy.
