摘要
为了解决传统的人工测量粮仓温度效率低下的问题,提出了以DS18B20和单片机为核心的分布式温度实时监测系统的软硬件设计方案。该系统内部设计了模糊控制器,能根据用户设定自动采集现场的数据进行显示并判断是否超限报警,测量的数据经过RS-485总线传送到上位机中,上位机软件具有数据存储、分析和报表打印等功能。在实际运用中,该装置测量精度高、控制性能良好,满足了针对粮仓温度测量的实际要求。
In order to avoid the disadvantages of traditional manual measurement of the granary temperature,this paper proposed a hardware and software designing program of temperature real-time monitoring system,it took DS18B20 and single chip microcomputer as the core components.The system has a fuzzy controller internal,it can collect data,display data and determine whether to alarm when the data overreach limits automatically.The data can be transmitted to host computer through RS-485 bus and the host computer software has the function of data storage,analysis and form printing.In the practice,the system has high measuring accuracy and good controlling capacity,it can meet the needs of granary temperature measurement.
