摘要
[目的]探讨大豆高蛋白组合杂交F4代蛋白质含量与其亲本的相互关系。[方法]2005年以蛋白质含量高(45.00%以上)或产量高的8个大豆品种或品系为亲本,配制6个杂交组合进行杂交,2008年获得杂种F4代相关资料,分析杂种F4代蛋白质含量与亲本的相关关系。[结果]双亲蛋白质含量中值,尤其是母本蛋白质含量对F4代蛋白质含量仍有很大影响,呈正相关;高蛋白组合F4代蛋白质含量分离较大,蛋白质含量降低,低于双亲;F4代蛋白质含量与单株产量呈负相关,与百粒重呈正相关;F4代蛋白质含量与亲本的熟期差异呈负相关,相关性不显著。[结论]若要提高大豆F4代蛋白质含量,应选择蛋白质含量高的材料作为母本;在F4代单株个体的选择上,为保证后代产量应选择大粒型为主。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the correlation between the protein content in hybrid F4 progenies of high protein soybean combinations and that in the parents.[Method] In 2005,taking 8 soybean varieties(lines) with either high protein content(over 45.00%) or high yield as the parents,they were made into 6 hybridization combinations to be crossed and in 2008 the correlative data of hybrid F4 generations was obtained to analyze the correlation between the protein content in hybrid F4 progenies and that in parents.[Result] The mid-parent value of the protein content of the parents,especially the protein content of female parent still had great effects on the protein content in hybrid F4 progenies,showing a positive correlation.There was a bigger separation of protein content in F4 generation from the combinations with high protein content,their protein contents were decreased and were lower than the parents.The protein content in F4 generation had a negative correlation with the yield per plant and a positive correlation with 100-seed weight.There was a negative correlation between the protein content in F4 generation and maturity difference of parents,but the correlation was not significantly.[Conclusion] If increasing the protein content in F4 generation of soybean,it should select the materials with high protein content as the female parent;in the selection of single plant in F4 generation,it should mainly select the plants with big-grain type so as to ensure the yield of offspring.
