摘要
[目的]总结老年脑转移癌病人行全脑放疗的护理。[方法]对25例老年脑转移癌病人行全脑放疗,同时加强心理护理,密切观察意识、瞳孔、生命体征的变化、激素及脱水剂应用的护理等。[结果]24例病人顺利完成放疗,1例病人因副反应的原因未能完成放疗。[结论]加强老年脑转移癌病人全脑放疗的护理是顺利完成放疗和减少副反应的保证。
Objective： It summarized nursing care of elderly patients with brain metastasis cancer undergoing whole brain radiation therapy. Methods： A total of 25 elderly patients with brain metastasis cancer accepting whole brain radiation therapy were given strengthened psychological nursing. At the same time, changes of consciousness, pupils and vital signs of all cases were closely observed. They were given nursing on the application of hormone and dehydrolyzing agent. Results： Totally 24 patients had successfully completed radiation therapy. Only one case hadn＇t completed radiation therapy because of adverse reaction. Conclusion：To strengthen nursing care of elderly patients with brain metastasis cancer undergoing whole brain radiation therapy is the guarantee of successful radiation therapy and decreasing adverse reaction for patients.
