摘要
[目的]总结急性主动脉夹层病人腔内隔绝术后行呼吸机治疗的护理措施。[方法]对31例急性主动脉夹层DeBakeyⅢ型病人行腔内隔绝术,术后行呼吸机治疗,同时加强人工气道的护理、人工气道的湿化、呼吸机通气的监测与管理、脱机的护理。[结果]31例病人均顺利度过术后烦躁期,使用呼吸机3 0h^65 h,平均41.2 h,均顺利脱机。[结论]急性主动脉夹层DeBakeyⅢ型病人腔内隔绝术后行呼吸机治疗可顺利度过术后烦躁期,气道护理是保证成功脱机的关键。
Objective： It summarized nursing measures for acute aortic dissection patients accepting ventilator treatment after undergoing intracavity isolation. Methods： A total of 31 acute aortic dissection patients of type 3 De- Bakey accepted ventilator treatment after undergoing, intracavity isolation. At the same time, nursing and humidification of artificial airway of patients were sti：engthened. Monitoring and management of respirator ventilation and nursing care of patients were also strengthened. Results： All patients suecessfully lived through postoperative restlessness stage. The time of accepting ventilator treatment of all cases was 30 h-65 h,at an average of 41.2 h. And all of them had withdrew the ventilator smoothly. Conclusion： Patients with acute aortic dissection type 3 DeBakey accepted ventilator treatment after undergoing intracavity isolation can successfully lived through postoperative restlessness stage. Airway nursing is the key point of successful withdrawing of the ventilator.
