摘要
顶岗实习中高师生教师专业能力成长具有特殊的路径。当前的指导模式主要有跟队指导、基础教育学校指导、名师培训、专家讲座、班主任指导等,在过程中有着顶岗与实习之间的矛盾、成长与培养的交替、实践与学习之间的共同发展、压力与奉献精神的催生等特点。在指导模式的发展上,要注意采取多种指导模式结合的系统模式,并注意提供一个较为宽松的工作环境,以利于高师生的自我成长。
The developing of teacher' s professional capability of intern in teachers institution has special way.Currently,the guide mode of teacher s professional capability of intern includes:the guide teacher in the team,school s guidance,training by famous teacher,expert lectures,and class adviser guidance and so on.In the implementation process,these modes show all kinds of characteristic,such as contradiction between the Internship and teaching,the alternation between growth and cultivation,common development of practice and le-arning,generation of pressure and dedication and so on.For the self-development of students in teachers institution,about the development of guiding model,it is needed to pay attention to adopt a variety of guiding modes,and attention to provide a more relaxed work environment to conducive the students' development.
