摘要
急斜厚煤层综放面支承压力分布范围确定是安全开采主要指标之一。以碱沟矿顶煤超前预裂为背景,基于开采技术条件与危险源辨识,建立了三维有限差分数值(FLAC3D)模型,分析并揭示了弱化前后2巷中不同位置沿走向超前支承压力分布规律。超前预裂顶煤前后,进-回风巷自底板起1.6m处压力均大于3.2m处,顶煤爆破预裂前两巷超前支承压力值较预裂后大,进-回风巷支承压力变化趋势迥异。现场监测表明:支承压力在0~10.0m内变化剧烈,10.0~50.0m范围内煤体支承压力保持平稳,为安全开采提供了定量依据。
To determine the distribution scope of abutment pressure at the fully-mechanized caving face in steep and thick coal seam is one of the main indicators for safety mining.According to the background of pre-splitting and weaking in Jiangou coal mine,based on the conditions of mining technology and hazard identification,a three-dimensional finite difference(FLAC3D)model is established,the distribution regularities of abutment pressure at different locations of two lane along the strike are analyzed and revealed after and before weakening.The pressure of inlet-return airway at 1.6m from the floor,after/before pre-splitting in top coal,is higher than the value of 3.2 m from the door,the value of advanced abutment pressure at two lanes in the top coal before blasting is heigher than the value after pre-splitting,the changs of pressure at inlet-return airway have different trends.Field monitoring shows that:the changes of abutment pressure at 0~10.0 m are severe,the abutment pressure in coal keeps stable at 10.0~50.0 m,which provides a quantitative basis for safety mining.
