摘要
高新技术企业员工频繁"跳槽"成为一种普遍的社会现象。高新技术企业管理层在思想认识上要高度重视人才流动中的商业秘密保护,在方法措施上要善于运用"竞业禁止"法律武器保护商业秘密,在管理机制上要善于调整人才流动与商业秘密保护的冲突,从而保持高新技术企业的竞争优势。
Job hopping is common in the high and new technology companies.To avoid the loss of advantages,the executives in these corporations have to recognize and attach high importance to protecting confidential information from the flow of labors by way of using non-compete rules as a precaution and appropriately settling the possible frictions between human resource flow and business secret protection through management adjustment.
