摘要
目的:为了解西宁市所销售消毒纯牛奶中抗生素残留的情况。方法:利用氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)指示剂还原变色原理对来自不同品牌、不同产地的40份消毒纯牛奶进行检测。结果:检出抗生素残留阳性牛奶2份,可疑牛奶3份,阳性率5.0%,可疑率7.5%,其中青海省内生产的消毒纯牛奶抗生素残留阳性牛奶1份,可疑牛奶2份,青海省外生产的消毒纯牛奶抗生素残留阳性1份,可疑牛奶1份。结论:西宁市售消毒牛奶有一定程度的抗生素残留。
Objective In order to understand the situation of antibiotic residues in sterilization pure-milk in Xining.Methods By using the Triphenyltetrazolium Chloride（TTC） indicator method,determined 40 samples pure-milk from different brands and areas.Results Among these samples,two were found out positive,three were suspected,the positive ratio is 5.0%,and suspected ratio is 7.5%.in the result,one positive and two suspected came from Qinghai province.One positive and one suspected came from other provinces.Conclusions The result shows that the sterilization pure-milk in Xining has certain degree of antibiotic residues.
