摘要
目的:建立一种快速、有效、陈旧血样基因组DNA的提取方法。方法:采用SDS,EDTA,Tris,蛋白酶K作细胞裂解剂裂解细胞和细胞核,用Tris饱和酚和氯仿:异戊醇(24:1)直接提取基因组DNA。结果该方法提取陈旧血样基因组DNA的纯度高。结论:本法简便、有效,适用于批量陈旧血样的处理。
Objective：To esta blish a rapid,effective,old blood genomic DNA extraction method.Methods：SDS,EDTA,Tris,proteinase K cell lysis agent for cell lysis and nuclear,with Tris saturated phenol and chloroform：isoamyl alcohol（24：1） direct extraction of genomic DNA.Results The blood samples of genomic DNA from old high purity.Conclusion：This simple,effective and suitable for mass treatment of old blood samples.
