摘要
随着图书馆数字化和数字化图书馆的不断深化与发展,用户对个性化信息服务的需求愈加迫切,对于个性化服务的要求也逐渐增多。针对我国高校图书馆网络服务功能的现状,文章提出了借助智能Agent技术实现图书馆个性化服务系统的设计思路,旨在能够利用智能Agent技术,在原有系统的基础上,建立图书馆的个性化服务系统,按照用户的偏好、习惯等开展个性化信息服务。图书馆个性化服务的目标是能为广大用户提供主动的、智能化服务,用户通过个性化服务,增强用户交流,在扩展图书馆知识、提高用户满意度、增强图书馆资源利用率等方面,具有十分重大的实际意义。
With the gradual development of digital library,users＇ needs for personal information services become more and more exigent.This paper proposed a design idea of library personal services system based on Agent.This system supplies the personal information services according to the user＇s performance and habits.The aim of these services is providing the active and intelligent services and affiliating the communication of users.It is significant for increasing the user＇s satisfaction and advancing the utilization rate of library resources.
