摘要
目的:探讨手术病人术中低体温的预防及护理方法。方法:通过加强患者术前心理护理、控制室温皮肤散热、输入加温的库血和液体、覆盖保温及加强术中低温的检测来预防低体温的发生。结果:1223例肿瘤患者,术中78人出现低体温,发生率为6.38%。结论:积极有效的预防和护理措施是有效防止术中低体温发生的有力保障。
Objective： to explore the low temperature of surgical patients prevention and care. Methods： through strengthening the preoperative patients psychological nursing, control temperature cooling, heat input the skin blood and liquid, covering library insulation and strengthen intraoperative hypothermia detection to prevent hypethermia. Results： patients with tumor 360, intraoperative hypothermia, 48 people appear to 13.33% incidence. Conclusion： positive and effective prevention and care measures to prevent low temperature operation is of a powerful guarantee.
