摘要
目的:分析院前急救心理护理的心要性、特点、原因,并探讨对策。方法:对两急救站一月来应用心理护理出诊效果分析。结果:比较两急救站,后者为加强实施院前心理护理的急救站,患者情绪更稳定,更能配合治疗。后者的治愈率和满意度明显高于前者,后者治愈率达90%,前者仅为75%;后者投诉率为零,前者投诉率为10%。结论:在院前急救过程中注重实施心理护理,并针对不同病情患者的心理特点采取有针对性的心理护理,有利于患者的康复,有利于护理质量的提高,可提高抢救质量,因此应积极有效地实施心理护理。
ObjectiveTo analysis the psychological nursing necessity, characteristics,and reason of prehospital first-aid care.To research into the strategy also. Methods To analysis the psychological nursing effect for two first-aid station during out-call for a whole month.Results To compare with two first-aid station,the latter station pay attention to psychological nursing and strengthen it,the patients＇ sentiment more stable, better cope with treatment.The latter cure rates and satisfaction is significantly higher than the former, The cure rate of the latter up to 90% and the former is only 75%;the latter complaint rate is zero, the former complaint rate of 10%. Conclusion During prehospital first- aid out-call, to pass over to apply psychological nursing,and to take appropriate psychological care for different conditions of the patients according to its characteristics,it contributes to the rehabilitation of patients, to improve the quality of care,can improve the quality of treatment, So it should be positive and effective implementation of psychological care.
