In the early of 2009, world paper industry experienced a severe decline due to the influence of financial crisis. Afterwards, paper industry rebounded with the turning good of economy and a series of economic incentive policies issued by government. Especially, in China, on one hand, the economic incentive polices brought new development opportunity; on the other hand, enterprises themselves took all kinds of measures to cope with the crisis. After this crisis for the moment, we can see clearly which enterprises dropped into the crisis, and oppositely which enterprises sized the opportunity in the process of fighting against crisis.
