摘要 为了高效、快速地在线检测木材表面粗糙度,提高木材加工的生产效率和产品质量,研究设计了计算机控制激光传感器系统。利用该系统对木材表面粗糙度进行在线检测,并对试验测试数据进行了分析,表明该系统对木材表面粗糙度的检测结果准确。 Aimed to establish an efficient,quick on-line monitoring system for timber surface roughness,raise production efficiency of wood processing,and to improve product quality,a computer-based laser sensor system was designed. On-line monitoring of wood surface roughness was carried out by the system,and the experimental data were analysed. Results show that the system could accurately measure wood surface roughness.
