摘要
以五味子的嫩茎段基部诱导产生的愈伤组织为试材,接种于1/4MS的培养基中进行低温处理,并应用均匀设计筛选出最适宜的处理温度和时间,再将处理后的愈伤组织转接到培养基MS+6-BA1.50mg·L-1+IBA0.02mg·L-1中进行愈伤组织再分化培养。结果表明:愈伤组织经-4℃的低温处理53d后,再经50d的培养分化出大量的再生芽苗。
Callus from tender stem base of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill was inoculated into 1/4MS at low temperature,to screen the most suitable treatment temperature and time by uniform design. Then the callus was transferred to MS medium supplemented with 1.50mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.02mg·L-1 IBA for shoot differentiation. Results showed that,after 50 days of cultivation,a large number of shoots were regenerated from calluses treated at minus 4 degrees C for 53 days.
