摘要
报告３１例经病理及细胞形态学证实的非何杰金淋巴瘤细胞白血病，其临床特点以贫血、发热、出血、纵隔增宽、肝脾肿大及多发浅表淋巴结肿大为最常见。强调恶性淋巴瘤在治疗前应常规行骨髓检查，以达到早期诊断，早期治疗的目的。同时对病理类型及影响预后的不良因素进行了讨论。
patients with Non- Hodgkin's Lymphomatous leukemia, proven by pathology and cellular morphology, were reported in this paper. It presents typical symptoms of anemia, fever, bleeding and broadened mediastinum, hepatosplenomegaly, and multiple surface lymphadenectasis. It was stressed that bone marrow test for malignant lymphoma should be done before treatment for early diagnose and therapy. The pathologic type and factors of affecting prognosis were also discussed.
