摘要
目的分析性病门诊就诊者的心理状态,针对性采取护理干预,减低性病发病率,提高治愈率。方法对来笔者所在医院性病门诊就诊者的心理状态进行分析,并对其实施相应的心理护理及健康教育。结果就诊者接受健康教育及治疗的依从性得到提高,治疗效果明显提高。结论针对性病门诊就诊者的心理活动及表现,有针对性地进行健康教育及心理护理,可有效地减低性传播疾病的发病率及提高性病治愈率。
Objective Analyse the psychological state of STD clinic attenders and take nursing intervention to reduce STD incidence and improve the cure rate. Methods Make analyses on the psychological state of STD clinic attenders to our hospital and carry out corresponding health education and psychological treatment on them. Results The compliance for clinic attenders to receive health education and treatment has been improved as well as the treatment effects. Conclusion Carrying out health education and psychological treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases and in- crease the cure rate, due to behavior and psychological activity of STD clinic attenders.
