摘要
目的：检测奥扑一号对铜绿假单胞菌（简称ＰＡ）的杀菌效果；方法：参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》（１９９１．１２）中中和剂选择试验、定量消毒试验、有机物影响试验及载体试验的试验方法；结果：在２０±１℃室温下，奥扑－１号消毒液１∶２００及１∶３５０倍稀释液对ＰＡ有较好的杀灭作用，平均杀灭率＞９９．９％，且受有机物影响极轻微。同时能有效杀灭布片载体上的ＰＡ；结论：“
Objective:In order to examine the germicidal of Aopr 1 disinfectant in killing pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA).Methods:Referring to test methods of neutralizer selection test.quantitative disinfect test.organic influence test and carrier test in Disinfect Technology Standard drawn up by Ministry of Health of PRC(1991.12)Results:Both 1∶200 diluted solution and 1∶350 diluted solution of Aopo disinfectant had good killing effect on PA at 20±1℃,its killing rates reached 99.9%,and it was slightly affected by organic sabstance.Moreover,the disinfectant had good killing effect on PA on surface of plain cloth as carrier.ConClusions:Aopo disinfectand had good efficacy killing PA on surface of nosocomial environment.
