摘要
目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中氟化物、亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐、氯化物、氯酸盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐的离子色谱法。方法水样经处理后进行色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果各物质的检出限分别为氟化物0.08mg/L;氯化物0.08mg/L;硝酸盐0.04mg/L;硫酸盐0.15mg/L;亚氯酸盐0.03mg/L;氯酸盐0.08mg/L;溴酸盐0.001mg/L,各物质的相对标准偏差均在2.01%以下,回收率在96.4%以上。结论该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度好。
[Objective]To establish a method for simultaneous determination of fluoride,chlorite,bromate,chloride,chlorate,nitrate,sulfate by ion chromatography.in drinking water by ion chromatography.[Methods]After treatment,the water sample was separated by chromatographic column,detected by conductivity detector,established by retention time and quantified by peak height or peak area.[Results]The detection limit was 0.08 mg/L for fluoride;0.08 mg/L for chloride;0.04 mg/L for nitrate;0.15 mg/L for sulphate;0.03 mg/L for chlorite;0.08 mg/L for chlorate and 0.001 mg/L for bromate.Relative standard deviations of each material were lower than 2.01%,and their recovery were higher than 96.4%.[Conclusion]The method was simple,sensitive and accurate.
