摘要
目的了解梧州市人工宝石加工行业氢氟酸使用的状况,为防治该行业接触氢氟酸可能引起的职业病,提出职业病防治干预措施。方法采用横断面调查,随机抽样方法,对人工宝石加工作业场所中氢氟酸挥发到空气中的氟化氢浓度进行检测。结果检测2家企业加工厂的氟化氢浓度为0.014~2.780mg/m3,最高容许浓度的超标率为17.65%,4家家庭作坊的氟化氢浓度为0.099~7.852mg/m3,最高容许浓度的超标率为42.86%。结论梧州市人工宝石加工行业接触氢氟酸目前仍缺乏规范的职业病防治管理措施,为预防职业病的发生,有待于有关部门制订和组织实施有效的职业病防治干预措施。
[Objective]To understand the conditions of hydrofluoric acid using in artificial gem processing industry in Wuzhou city,and put forward occupational disease prevention interventions in order to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.[Methods] A cross-sectional study and random sampling method were conducted to detect concentrations of hydrogen fluoride which volatile from hydrofluoric acid at the artificial gem workplace.[Results]The range of hydrogen fluoride concentration of 2 enterprises and 4 family workshops were 0.014 ~ 2.780 mg/m3 and 0.099 ~ 7.852 mg/m3,respectively;their corresponding exceeding rates of the maximum allowable concentration were 17.65% and 42.86%,respectively.[Conclusion]Wuzhou artificial gem processing industry is still lack of standard management measures for the prevention of occupational diseases.In order to prevent occupational diseases,the relevant departments need to formulate and organize the implementation of effective interventions
